The NEW HORIZONS DAY PROGRAM ("New Horizons"), located on the same site in Adel as WCMHC, enables those experiencing serious and persistent mental illness to gather together on a regular basis.  This program is designed to assist clients in developing  social, vocational and leisure skills in order to enhancetheir ability to live and function independently in the community.  NEW HORIZONS offers the following programs to our clients.

  • Art Therapy
  • Social Skills Development

  • Scheduled Community Outings
